  • 4 cod fillets about
  • 150 g each
  • 12 large spinach leaves
  • 1 piece of 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 120 g butter
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp . tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper


  • 1Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210°C). Line the platebaking pan with aluminum foil. Lightly oil. Dip the spinach leaves for 1 min inboiling water, drain with paper towel. Lightly oil the cod fillets, saltand pepper, wrap them in the spinach leaves.Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 10at 12 min .
    2Meanwhile, peel and grate the ginger.Boil 15 cl of water in a small saucepan,add the grated ginger and let boil for 5 minutes.Off the heat, pour the lemon juice and the butter intopieces, while whisking to obtain a saucehomo geneous. Add salt and pepper. Serve the papillotes removing from the oven with the sauce aside
