Cod en papillote pepper coulis
- 4 x 120 g skinless cod fillets
- 1 can (1/2 size) peeled peppers
- 60 g olivesblack pitted
- 2 tbsp. tbsp olive oil

- 1-Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210°C). Drain the peppers, put them in the blender to turn them intogrout. Add salt and pepper. Rinse the cod fillets,pat them dry with paper towel. Finely chop the olives with a knife.2 -Cut 4 large sheets of parchment paper. Place them on the work surface and lightly coat the middle with olive oil. Spread the coulis on eachof peppers then lay a piece of cod.
